My wife own a salary account with ICICI and they are charging DMC DP charges without her knowledge, there has never been activation on her end. how can they charge without customer permission. no deduction notification on mobile. We need complete refund charges deducted from the account till date. To our surprise we found that, there was 1 trade done through the account which was never initiated by her. Since morning customer care executive are saying we are transferring the call to demat department even though I called to demat through IVR steps and after that its never answered again... It's very very frustrating. Also she did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with ICICI bank. This is completely unacceptable and please refund the amount.
