ICICI Bank — icici bank - fastag | |||
Hi icici, I am having issues with fastag issued from icici. Below are the things: 1. I have recharged my fastag on 5 dec 2019 with rs. 1000 but it's not reflected to my fastag account up to now and the amount has been deducted from my icici account 2. I have tried to reach customer care by calling to provided both toll-free number[protected] and chargeable number:[protected] but even after several hours continuous try, no one pick-up the call 3. I went to the bank to complain about this but they said we don't have this service in branches 4. I was traveling on jan 18, 2020, from delhi to jaipur and at "manoharpur" toll plaza, i paid in cash but the amount was also deducted from fastag even when i was using cash lane 5. At the next toll from manoharpur (Nearby behror), i was paying in cash due to insufficient balance but the amount was deducted from fastag and balance reached to negative and deactivate my fastag. It's really very hectic and fed-up me as i spend a lot of hours, got troubled and no one is here to help about your fastag service. Even there is no icici counter on any toll plaza for fastag and no email id to lounge complaint. Please help me solve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
