[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici bank personal loan not taking money from account inspite of balance present and yet putting extra amount to be paid

Icici bank usually takes loan from my citi union bank ramapuram, but this month inspite of money presence in the account they didnot took the money and which lead to increase in totoal money. I went and asked the manager on 13.4.20 about this he was not responding to help me. Yet i came and checked the loan amount in home that same day afternoon and i paid 8741 rupees online through the same citi union bank account. With 400 rupees extra without my mistake.

Today i checked the loan account it is saying i have to pay 918 rupees. I went to bank at 2.30pm the manager told wait till monday and you can ask the loan authority. What for?? For whose mistake should i pay??

And i attach the screenshot of demanding me to pay again 918 rupees.
And i need anwser for the money which i paid 400 rupees extra.
