ICICI Bank — ICICI Credit card bill paid before time but the next month's statement still shows previous month's balance with the late fees.

I paid my credit card bill for the month of Dec' 22 amounting to Rs.3222 through my HDFC a/c Via Gpay UPI on 23.12.22 But shockingly ICICI Bank says that the amount is not received and they have added late fees charges along with carrying forward the previous balance amount. Please find attached the Gpay invoice, my HDFC account statement for the period Dec' 22- Jan' 22, ICICI credit card statement for the month of Dec' 22 and Jan' 23.

I have raised complaints regarding this matter with HDFC Bank and Google pay. But they are unable to find the traces of this payment and they have urged me to investigate with ICICI bank now. Kindly initiate this matter on a priority level. In any case, I will not pay Dec' 22 bill once again and ICICI bank will have to reverse back the amount of the previous balance plus late fees charges. Looking forward for a prompt solution here.

Please hide my bank details from these images as hackers have already hacked this website and they are trying to steal money. They have tried multiple attempts since yesterday.

No help so far. Have done everything what you have written. But no resolution.
And now I get a call from a number [protected] addressing himself as ICICI Consumer complaint officer and said he will give my money back in the form of a voucher. He gives me a voucher code and asks me to open my imobile app and steps to redeem the voucher. He asked me to feed Rs.20000 in the amount section with some pin number. Luckily I didnt have that much cash available in my account so the transaction declined. He asks me to put 20000 Rs. for a short period, I sensed here something fishy. I said here you are sounding like a scam. He gave phone to someone else and that person cut my call. Now this number is switched off. I feel I am saved from a big fraud/ scam now. ICICI people are fraud. I will file a police complaint now.
I received an email also from an email id which I suspect is wrong. Email id is:

[protected]@gmail.com

Please be aware scammers are all around. ICICI Bank is a big fraud and scam.
