[Resolved] ICICI Bank — issue while opening new saving account | |||
I open a savings account online account a savings account online account savings account online account online with icici bank i complete all the procedure to open open to open open to open online account last page icici request to me to add some account in my account to get instant account no. Then i add rs 2000 in my account to get instant account no. After sometime i receive an email in which bank says to provide some document to verify me and a checque of rs 10000 to open saving account. But i an not able to fulfill these requirements then i decide to cancel my request to open saving account. I chat with customer support support with customer support support to refund my money but they said that said that that your money is not refunded I submit this request to refund my money.
