[Resolved] ICICI Bank — kyc taking time | |||
I am their customer since 10 years now ; i haven't received any mail / sms / call for kyc authentication ; when i opened ibizz app for some fund transfer i came to know that kyc is pending so they have stalled internet banking. Immediately i rushed rt nagar branch and given all necessary documents on 16th jan 2020 and executive who collected my documents told it will be done within 3 working days but its been 5 days now and my kyc is not don't and m unable to do any internet transfers and i couldn't pay my gst also. My biggest concern how come any customer is notified through sms/ mail / call for kyc updation. Anyways i am shifting my current account to different bank but i expect this shouldn't happen with any other customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
