ICICI Bank Ltd — Credit Card MMT cash back not yet credited since 1 year

Hi Team

I would like to follow up on the below MyCash rewards, which are still pending:
4073 XXXX XXXX 6000 – MyCash has not yet been credited.
5431 XXXX XXXX 4009 – MyCash has not yet been transferred from the Previous card(5431 XXXX XXXX 9005)
6530 XXXX XXXX 0004 – MyCash has not yet been transferred from the Previous card(5431 XXXX XXXX 9005)
Kindly check and provide an update on the status of these pending credits/transfers at the earliest.

Cash Back to be transferred to X4009/X0004 from

I really don't know why this is being delayed and why the resolution provided is incorrect.
