ICICI Bank — mental harassment by superior

I ravi parkash sharma had joined icici bank, airport road branch as an officer in 2015. I worked hard and did my work with dedication, resulting which i was promoted to sr. Officer and mr. Sarvesh kumar appreciated me. After that i was selected for po batch. I did my pgdb in banking and finance in[protected]. I joined back as branch sales manager at ranjit avenue, amritsar branch in 2019 under branch manager rohit kundra. I once again started working hard. One day rohit kundra demanded rs.2000 from me for a whiskey party. I am from a pure vegetarian and non drinker brahmin family due to which i refused to participate. The same happened next month and i again refused to contribute. This was the reason. I send to the regional office, amritsar. There i started working with regional head sales, dinesh kumar. But due to encouragement of rohit kundra regarding rs 2000, dinesh kumar started talking to me in abusive language. He started insulting me on calls sitting in same cabin in front of me. He told me that i have to report him in morning and evening and do nothing else. He told me just have to sit idle all day. Then he started asking me to make my daily sales report. I told him that he is not allowing me to go in field. How will i able to work, this way he is harrasing me and using abusive language. I reported against him to my regional head and showed him the recording too. But he told me that the way job goes. Then rohit kundra, dinesh kumar and abhinav sharma made sure that i was transferred to sirsa. This came as big shock to me. They were fully aware that my mother and father are old and not well so i will not be able to join at sirsa so i will have to resign. The same happened and i have to resign from my job due to all of them.
Here all fault lies within me, that i was the one performing my duties with dedication and worked hard. If i would have paricipated in their whiskey parties, then i would have been branch manager by now.

Reasons of resigning
I ravi parkash sharma resign from my job in icici bank due to the harassment i was facing in my bank.
From last 6 months, i have been harassed at my job in the following way:
1. Dinesh kumar talking to me in abusive language in front of all staff.
2. I have not been paid my petrol reimbursement from last 4 months.
3. I had to provide medical certificate even if i had to get 1 day leave and that leave also get
Rejected.
4. I was demoted from branch sales manager to priviledge banker and transferred.
5. I was made to sit idle and then ashamed.
6. Rohit kundra demanded rs 2000 every month from me for whiskey party.
7. Knowing that i am a brahmin, rohit kundra asked me to drink whiskey.
8. Abhinav sharma said “assi te wadde wadde sidhe kar ditte, ravi tumko bhi kar denge”.
9. I meet abhinav sharma on[protected] and he demanded rs 1 lakh and said i stop your transfer.
10. Dinesh kumar said if i were a girl, i would never have been transferred.
