ICICI Bank — mental harassment of employees

I am still an employee of icici bank newly joined in oct month and i am getting tortuted by my bm and rh.. After joining icici bank my health as become very poor.. Due to pressure of bm and rh.. Their tone and rude words in front of 70-80 people..in these last 4 months heard atleast 50 times that i am rediculous, get out of the system.. Who appointed you.. I tried to reach out hr around 10 times but hr never respond back... I provided my medicals, my rh said this is of no use as doctor is not of penelled hospital.. And even after showing my medicals and explaining my situation, she was more concerned about my business targets... Pathetic organisation. Everyday was a nightmare for me to go to office.

I am sajid.. i got a message in the morning at 7.30 am, that my account has been deducted an amount of 4200 inr from my account on 6 may 2019. without the otp, amount debited to VIN*GOOGLE SERVICE.
which i have not done any of the transaction...
