[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — minimum account balance charges

My name is bhavi adlja and i have a current account in icici bank hirji mistri road jamnagar.
Current accout name: fortuna investment & finanicial services., account no[protected] account type : current. This complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account 25546 without any informaton in this regard. The bank is charging a lot of amount and without any prior notice or any means of communication. No alert was sent regarding these deductions. Also they are not following the rbi guidelines.
