ICICI Bank — Misleading commitments by icici and dragging you into the personal loan trap

I have a running loan with icici and sometime back I have been informed that I'm eligible for top up offer. I left it and after sometime when I checked they offered like 9.9 is the rate of interest for the top up offer for higher amount. I decided to take whatever the amount they suggested because of the rate of interest they offered after checking all my emi liabilities, cibil etc. At this point I asked many times that I don't want any surprise with roi after getting proceed with the application. They said there won't be any change and the rate is final. And when I agreed to proceed they said cibil is not meeting so the rate would be 10.3. Then I took sometime and agreed for 10.3. Then they proceeded and at last after sanctioned they said we can do only 10.85. These kind of approach is simply like fooling people and dragging into the trap. I wasted my two weeks of time for nothing and all I got from these people is frustration and stress. Because of these guys I ignored other banks as well. I'd recommend not to believe in these kind of people and don't let you got in trap
