[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Money debited through imps transaction but not received in beneficiary account

Hi,

On 29th Mar I have done two transactions through imps of 20k and 500 where money is debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account. I have paid the charges for that and ICICI is blocking my amount stating some gateway issue and asking 3 days. I have paid the charges and it’s ICICI issue not customer. It’s a harassment to the customer

I need my money back immediately

ICICI can fetch my details from [protected]. If issue will not be resolved in next 4-5 hours I have to file a case against ICICI on customer harassment
