ICICI Bank — multiple fraudulent transactions from icici

Fraud debit card transaction through vin/innovative

Date 18-May-2024 fraudulent transaction happened on my icici debit card for the amount of rs.1417.45 in single transactions. Again another Transaction happened on[protected] by VIN/RELIANCE RE for the amount of 3539.30

The most surprising fact was that i didn't lose my debit card or given my card details or internet banking information or 3d secure pin and debit card was with me right when all these transactions was happening.

It is very hard for me to understand that icici bank claims that the cards are secured and embedded with a chip, how is possible for someone to steal money from my account thru online transaction without knowing otp/3d secure pin/atm debit pin along with card expiry date and customer name on the card.

Please take necessary action on this complaint asap, otherwise i will go to the consumer court regarding this issue
