ICICI Bank — My deposited money got stuck in ATM as it restarted

Address: ICICI Bank, Bhosari, Pune

I was depostiting amount 46.5k which got stuck as ATM machine restarted. Money didn't get credited my ICICI account[protected].
This happened on 20th April, 2026 during 12:15 to 12:20 pm, at newly opened ICICI branch in Bhosari, Pune 411039.

I enquired with ICICI branch, they said it would be credited within one day, however they didn't allow me file written complaint.

Kindly look into it and credit my money immediately to my account.
