Hi,
I possess ICICI Credit Card and I am using it from last two years. Whenever I selected EMI option while purchasing it was converted to EMI I never did it manually.
But for the last Purchase of Mobile I made from Amazon with Order #[protected] on 18 May 2017 for Rs 13999. I had selected EMI option for 6 months with a monthly EMI of RS 2422/. In the month of June, My minimum Due Amount was 4720 . And for the moth of July it was only 801 because I called up customer care of ICIC Bank and explained to them My purchase of 13999 is not seen in the EMI list, they said you have to pay the full amount for that its not converted EMI since merchant didn't give us the EMI info.
And when I called Amazon they say its Bank fault we have given them EMI request.
I have sent the relevant proofs to custoemr.[protected]@icicibank.com that I had selected EMI option during purchase and still it's not converted to EMI.
It's been 3 days there is no action taken against it. ICICI Bank has to convert it into EMI.
They are cheating with the customers in order to earn more money through Interest.
A strict action has to be taken against the Bank and issue should be resolved at the earliest by them
