[Resolved] ICICI Bank — paylater account to be closed

I am using icici internet banking thought app. I have paylater account and i have been using that. Now i want to close that because of some reasons. To close the account i have pay the dues so, i tried to pay due., while paying i am getting some error #0084.
Request to close the account by paying due.
I tried to connect customer care, it was telling all the things but not related to paylater account which is part of icici internet banking.
