Have availed a personal loan in icici bank, my emi was scheduled on 5th of every month. I have been kept on asking for change in emi date as it wouldn't be possible to pay my emi on 5th of every month. Its been more than 25 days i was requesting, but no response.
My loan number is lpmum[protected]. I was not all at happy with this. And after repeated calls, they are not even answering my call. Is this the way you guys treat customers?
Highly dissatisfied with this. Can someone help me on this and get it resolved as soon as possible as my next month's emi date is due on.
Is there any procedure for change of emi date? I have been calling them repeatedly, but seems no one cares
While taking the loan they keep on calling, but once we have got the loan, they dont even care. I cant roam around banks for this, leaving my work behind.
