Icici bank, kovilpatti branch, Tuticorin district, Tamilnadu, India. I have the worst experience today. The branch employs slow processing and unnecessary customer waiting. today I recover my gold loan process some employ to start the process but intermediate he goes to attend to another customer. so we are waiting and wast for more than two hours. he is such an irresponsible employee. I am more disappointed with his attitude.
