[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Posdec charges 1

I have seen multiple instances where I'm charged with " POSDEC CHARGES " A continuous amount is 4x 29.50 is deducted from my account and I haven't used my card at all and I need to know what or why these charges are levied Is this some sort of day light robbery from ICICI BANK ?
