[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Rate of interest increse without pre information

Dear Sir/Madam,

I informed you that very sadly ICICI Bank service is very poor..
Our Home Loan Account No. is - LBLUD[protected] Account Holder Mr. Sheo Nath Ojha.

Dear sir our loan approved for JAN-2004 Account no. is LBLUD[protected] is started with rate of interest 7.75% Floting Rate. loan properly continue up to[protected]. but after 2007 your rate of interest are increse veru much and any pre information to us from your side.

Now 2014 icici rate of interest is 15.75%

But Actual all banks rate of interest is - 10.30%

we contacts icici customer care department... no. is [protected] contact person mr. deepak he says your loan type of mode is (HOME IMPROVEMENT LOAN) but according to icici bank loan senction latter mention is HOME LOAN senction latter attached..


we vissit many time ICICI branch office ferozgandhi market and contact icici customer support MS. Gungan she says as per our bank rate of interest are ok (AGAR ISSE KAM ME KOI KARTA HAI TO WAHA SE KARWA LO)


I request you kindly short out our problem.
