How to redeem the bond under the scheme "Money Multiplier Bond - 12200-MMB".

I have 2 bonds. These bonds were invested on 19-Jan-2001 and the bond matured on 19-June-2022. The Issue price of both the bonds together is Rs. 10, 000 and the Face value per bond is Rs. 1, 00, 000

I'm from Bengaluru and had contacted Chamarajapet and Jayanagar branches in person to enquire about this bond but they asked me to email [protected]@icicibak.com, but there is no responses from this email even after following up many times.

Kindly help us to know the process and redeem the said bond.
