ICICI Bank — refund amount not received-flipkart and icici bank

I have ordered a AC from flipkart and than cancelled same .flipkart has refund the amount and on escalating they provided the details and confirmed the refund is done .
But icici bank is not taking seriously they initially raised the charge back than SR is closed stating declained by merchant .and if refund is already done by flipkart end why they would be giving twice .again and again calling the icici bank they raised the chargeback again and closed the same stating duplicate dispute .how ever flipkart has provides all details but icici is unable to credit in my creditcard account below is confirmation mail from flipkart

Now i have raised the Dispute on 19/04/2019 with Service request
no-SR[protected]

i have get the charge back credit on 20/04/19 as entry showing in statement
19/04/2019 to 18/05/2019

20/04/2019 [protected] INTERIM CHARGEBACK CREDIT 0 22, 999.00 CR

and same SR is closed on 24/05/19 as below screenshot shows and closure
comments is Dispute of INR 22999 - on your Credit Card XX#[[$]]#CC has been
declined by the merchant.

and on 24/05/19 after closing SR my account charge back is reversed as in 3
rd statement 18/05/2019 to till date 29/05/1

so now i have confirm that i have not received any refund and every time i
call your customer care they confirm the same refund details and ask mr to
check with my bank .

its very annoying i am getting disturbed by this from last 50 days .as
still no refund is credited so that i can cancel my EMI and order the new
one

i request you solve my issue and refund to be credited in my credit card
account .

At 24 emi via icici credit card my credit card limit
Is debited by 22999.than i have cancelled on 3 april 2019my order

From my bank is get reversed .every time i call customer

And raised a complaint .but till now i have not get any
Solution.
Now as per my billing cycle i need to pay the outsatnding

I request you to look this issue i am not getting that if mechant
Has refund the amount why i am not getting it
And if i have raised dispute why merchant has declined

I am disturb due to this calling flipkart and icici bank again
