ICICI Bank — Refund initiated by amazon.in but still not received.

This is regarding my Amazon.in order #[protected].

I have ordered Urban Terrain bicycle worth ₹12299, from Amazon.in on 11th December 2021, order #[protected]. Above order got delivered to me on selected address on 16th December 2021. As I have selected Pay on Delivery as my payment mode I have made payment for the ₹12299 using UPI payment mode at the time of order delivery.
After opening the packaging of the product I have noticed the product which got delivered to me was damaged and used. Hence I have raised a return request for the same. My return was successfully happened on 17th December. According to Amazon my refund was initiated on 17th December to my Bank account which I have provided in Amazon.in mobile application. According to Amazon that refund got declined due to IFSC code mismatch for which no evidence is shared with. New refund for the same order was initiated on 24th December 2021. And till date I have received no refund for the due amount.

In my last communication Amazon.in shared a refund reference number HSBCN[protected] and asked to contact my bank for the refund status and file Dispute form. When I visited my bank and contacted customer care they mentioned that your account is working fine and no such amount is credited to your account and as I am an beneficiary I can not file a Charge dispute form.
