ICICI Bank — Refund not credited in my icici credit card

I purchased 3 items from amazon using my icici credit card on emi system of Rs. 16056/- on 11/08/2021 and i paid the emi due the next day. But on receipt of the item, i had to return one defect item which cost Rs. 5498/- out of the three.
Amazon confirmed my refund on 19/08/2021 with refund reference no. 340194. But the same has not been reflected in my credit card account till date. I tried calling the icici customer care no. on several occassions but it would never let me conect to speak to a customer care executive.
Also the emi which i paid for the total refunded amount of Rs. 5498/- should also be refunded to my personal account by icici or adjusted.
