Irritating person work over there named snehal bhosale. She called a day before n asked abt some person i told her i don't knw him and dis is wrong number thn also she was like k how come u don't knw him he have given your number as a friend. N she was too rude.. Didn't greet well. Call center wali ko tameez shikayi jati hai isko kuch bhi nhi hai. I have d recordings also

ICICI Fastag is the worst I’ve seen and they don’t have a support team for their fastag service program. The customer service numbers ICICI provides online for their fasttag support never connects and I have to go through the hassle of a waiting in queue at the tollgates. This is quite a pain.

When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction DP CHGS TILL DEC 18'---- INR 826. I have'nt done ny transaction for this account on last year and I have already requested to close it.This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.
