ICICI Bank — Relieving Letter not given even after acceptance since four months

I Maitrik Vora employee number 90029267, I had resigned from my post on 13th September 2023, due to mental torture from immediate manager Jagruti Parkar(Malad Liberty Branch), I had complained to her boss Brijesh Dubey(Regional Head) many times about branch change but to vain, finally I had to resign forcefully. I had served one month notice and They had deliberately deducted my salary into negative dues for that particular month. HR Head Abhinandan Kalia assured me that if I clear this dues he will give relieving letter. I had paid 56, 574/- since I didn’t want any issue to arise at current organisation. My last working day was 16th October, But it has been four months I haven’t received the same. I need my relieving letter on urgent basis. I’m ready to file legal complaint against ICICI Bank and manager concerned with deliberately holding my letter, if they do not compel to give my relieving letter. Please assist.
