ICICI Bank — Renewal of Policy - Never enrolled but ICICI Bank deducting the amount every year

I never enrolled any policy. Rs.1899 (PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy) is deducted every year for around 5 years from my account. I requested to cancel it and I also went to my local branch and gave a letter to cancel it. Still it's been deducted, I really frustrated and disappointed with this bank activity.
