ICICI Bank — Request to reopen my Account

I am Ms. Namita Adak, presently I residing at BD 77, Street No. 145, New Town, Kolkata - 156, hold a savings account with ICICI Bank; the account number is[protected], under the Dhanbad branch. For some reason, the ICICI Bank authorities have frozen this account. Consequently, I have called Customer Care numerous times, visited the nearest branch at newtown, submitted a formal application at the said branch, and subsequently even sent emails to Customer Care; however, nearly a year has passed, and the account remains frozen.
