[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Reversal of funds due to wrong IMPS/UPI/NEFT transfer

This has reference to below mentioned funds which have been transferred through UPI. I, Ramappa Somakkalavar, certify that I entered the wrong account number while doing the transaction and it has resulted in transfer of funds to another account (unintended beneficiary). The intended beneficiary of the transaction is Ramappa Somakkalavar, having an account no.[protected] held with ICICI Bank.
While transferring amount from Paytm Wallet to ICICI bank i entered wrong account number, enclosed Paytm wallet reference number is for your reference.
