Greetings of the day, Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference to the credit card account number- [protected].It is showing a Settled status in my Cibil report. I would request ICICI Bank to provide me a Cibil masking amount for the above mentioned account and provide me a Letter of Deletion for 4 time on online submission channel and 2 time to next channel. The screen flashes the message that will get back to you in 48 hours. But its from one month, no response is received, neither positive nor negative. Now, please guide me what can I do.
