My loan account no. Lpbng[protected]
For the above mentioned loan account no. The money is not debited from my pnb salary account on the date mentioned like first it was 10th, later because of this issue i changed to 15th. Again i am facing the same problem. Money is not debited from my account and i keep getting messages like charges have been accrued due to delayed payment adversely affects credit history, etc., and also calls.
Due to this covid-19, i had a tough time in the month of march and april. I personally went to the icici branch at rt nagar 10 kms away after school at 3.30pm on 17th march as these days icici closes sharp at 4pm., yet got a message stating that my icici account has been freezed. Must pay more 2000+ etc.
Itz my humble request money is there in my pnb account if there is a statement stating there is mismatch after so many months after deducting the money what and why this problem is arising and kindly resolve this issue and deduct the money. Instead of these unwanted messages and calls.
Anyway, this time i found out a way of paying the amount online internet banking.
Itz our hard earned little money. Please help us by not deducting extra charges stating many reasons. Whomever i have met in the loan section, they regret for taking a loan with icici because of various documents that has to be furnished from your end. I have two and half more years to pay nearly 7131 or 9119 every month for a loan of 2.5 lakh. By the time this loan repayment is over i would have accumulated many ailments because of the tension that is received due to this. Was this information helpful? |
