[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Transaction held without intimation or notification

The said transaction held on 28.06.2022 of 590 INR without any intimation or notification, amount deducted from account for not maintaining minimum balance but on record the amount was maintained well in time for the Transaction to be held on 20.06.2022.

ICICI BANK customer representative took note and asked to stay online while on call, so that he can discuss with senior, instead of resolving the issue call were transferred to demat account department, which has nothing to do with this issue!

Seeking earliest closure of issue with refund of amount.
