ICICI Bank — Unauthorised amount deducted from my account and without my permission

I am Shivam Srivastava. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-21) on 28-JAN-2022. Which I did not ask when I was opening account (I don't even know about Demat Account, how to use it and what is it about) but the icici representative stated that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and he convinced me that I can use it in feature. But he isn't told me that it will be charged which I don't want(I have not used till now).

If this service is going to charge me they have to remind or intimate before, so that I can cancel or close that service and with out any preior information or sms alert the money was deducted from my account. Even after the deduction I did not get any notification. Today when I check my account I found it. This is completely unacceptable.
Please refund my total amount and close that service or Demat Account. My icici account number is :[protected]
