Hi Sir,

I am a ICICI Bank customer. I got charged for unauthorized and Unnecessarily last 17/07/2020 (ECSRTNCHG) without my knowledge and without any confirmation Email, SMS or any Phone call. The total amount charged INR.3705. The bank hit charges multiple times like (529.15+590+590+590+590+590+225.85=3, 705).This is ridiculous. I am requesting my refund back to my card. Otherwise I would like to deactivate my account from this bank, this is not fair.

Yes, I agree that I had a loan due in Money View, Due to COVID-19 that too INR.1776. I was unable to pay it. My question is befor charging. they have to update or get confirmation from us, right?
