ICICI Bank — unauthorized usage of debit card

I have received a message that 1899 has been deducted from your account for CPP/One assist single policy WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THEY DONE THIS TO MY ACCOUNT. I don't know what kind of Scam it is ?? I don't require such policy and kindly refund that 1899 amount. Don't use customer's account without their permission it's a fraudulent case.
I'm not expecting this from ICICI BANK.Do refund the amount ASAP. Policy number for reference SR[protected]
