ICICI Bank — Your user ID has been disabled due to security reasons. Please call our Customer Care for further assistance.

My account has been blocked and its been more than a week. I have been using my Internet/Mobile banking account for long ago now its says it is disabled, I called customer care and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activated.

Its been more than a week, poor services from ICICI Bank. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

How do I get the internet banking user id reactivated?
