ICICI Direct — demat account amc charges issue

I am holding saving account in ICICI bank but not using any Demat account, Still they activated my DMAT account and now they are charging annual fees. I want to close my Demat account and refund my money.Recently I got new mail for deduction of AMC Charges of 826₹

Below is my last year deduction details.

Date - 25 August 2021
Amount - 826₹ (DP Charges)
Annual Fees charged without holding active demat account

Please stop deducting money.Thanks
