[Resolved] Icici Direct — Icici bank reverse the dmc dp charges and close my demat account | |||
Bharat Bhushan I am writing for reversing the dp charges which you all have charged How can u deduct dp charges? How can you open demat account without informing the customer? I had no idea of demat account and how to use them, how you guys open and active the the account and deducted the charges form saving account without any intention of account holder? And now you are charging 808rs. on 11.04.2022 Even i dont have have a single details related to demat account. im also talked with customer care and follow the process for closure of demat account on mail 16.01.2022 to 19.01.2022.Customer care confirmed me on mail dated 17.01.2022 to close the account and reverse the charges. im also send via registered speed post all documents alongwith all related self attested documents to icici bank limited, Mumbai head office today 11.04.2022 icici bank deducted the 808 rs from my saving account Please close the demat account as soon as possible and reverse the unnecessary charges.
