ICICI Direct — Incorrect Pan card detail in demat account which needs to be corrected

I have approached this company for pan card number correction because while data entry they have input T instead of J. Next this issue leads to freezing of my account as Aadhaar & Pan linkage are mandatory.
In reality my pan and aadhaar are linked since 2021 and have forwarded my Aadhaar and pan details to the company's customer care couple of times for correction through email. Not sure where is the confusion and all the time they are giving me the repeatetive solution to link Aadhaar & pan on income tax site and send the screenshot hard copy to Mumbai demat enabled branch.
