[Resolved] ICICI — icici card blocked for online transactions | |
I am using icici bank debit card for the past one Year. One week before, i used my card for online purchase and i entered 3d secure pin wrong 3 times. I got a message saying that my card is blocked from 3d secure online transaction and asked me to contact customer. But, when i tried to call customer care no., every time only ivr ply on. There has been an unauthorized transaction from my mother's ICICI Account. An amount of 1699INR is debited from my mother's ICICI Bank account in the name of iin*i-debit*s on 9th August 2019 at 1:30PM.
She has an account opened in the Manipal ICICI Bank Branch.
