Sub: grievance for less reimbursement in motor claim no. Moto7944048 in respect of sri deep chand kushwaha –up70 ee 1686, policy no. 3005/[protected]/00/[protected].
Sir,
I have taken a comprehensive full insurance policy of rs.46569/-for honda activa i through gp motors pvt ltd, allahabad who was the dealer of honda activa i. Your camp office for insurance of the product was also in their campus.
Due to an accident on 11.9.2018 in allahabad, my vehicle got damaged. So, vehicle was surrendered to gp honda workshop on 12.9.2018 for replacement of damaged parts and claim form was also processed through g. P honda workshop, allahabad.
Initial survey was also done by sri alok vishwakarma, surveyor on the same day.
Final bill vide invoice no. A0181 dated 19.9.2018 with cash receipt no. 8405 dated 19.9.2018 were submitted in the office for rs. 3798/-on 19.9.2018.
But on 28.9.2018 only rs.1837/-has been intimated me for reimbursement against motor claim no. Moto7944048 which is not as per norms.
Neither breakup for which reimbursement approved has been given nor for which claim rejected with justified reason has been sent.
I am therefore, request you to please reimbursed me remaining amount of rs.1961/-also to avoid any further complications.
