[Resolved] Icici Lombard — letter for policy cancellation | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I have sent multiple reminders to "[protected]@icicilombard.com" but there is not a single response from ICICI Lombard end. This i have sent for the unnecessary two insurance policy attached with my home loan amount due to which approx Rs. 150000 added to my loan value I understand that as per the terms and conditions of the policy contract, I can avail freelook cancellation of within 15 days of the receipt of the policy contract . So, I want to submit my documents which was received on 8-Jan-2018 to my home address. Can we escalate the case so ICICI Lombard atleast respond to customer queries or complaints ? Thanks for your response & quick action. I have received a confirmation letter from ICICI end regarding the amount adjusted with my loan account.The case is resolved now.
