[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Non delivery of Car Insurance Policy Kit | |||
With Reference to my Car Insurance Renewal (3001/[protected]/01/000), my Car No HR51AV4612...when I asked for Policy kit I was informed that the kit was dispatched on 31 Mar 2017 through FIRST FLIGHT courier, AWB No.B903Q2471586 and stated to be returned due to Refused to Accept. It is totally untrue that any such courier was presented to our address as I alongwith my retired husband are always at home and there is no question to refuse to accept. Appears it was presented to some other similar address... When customersupport of ICICI Lombard was informed about the above position online, they just repeated their stand that courier was sent and not accepted. It is strange to note that how insensitive to customer concern ICICI Lombard is. Instead to taking remedial action by inquiring about what exactly happened to the kit courier, they are repeatedly replying with the same lame excuse. ICICI Lombard is short in providing service to me the customer, hence a report in public complaint forum. Company appears to be very irresponsible in handling genuine requests as such so I am going to discontinue my all Vehicle insurances as also of my relatives and friends.
