Icici Lombard — non-issuance of car insurance policy, abnormal delay | |||||
I have made online payment through ICICI bank for an amount of Rs. 7250/-, with a transaction no. BIL*ONL*[protected]*CITRUS on 17.08.2018, as advised by ICICI lambardo, to get either the policy or at least the cover note to use my vehicle on the roads. Without which i cannot run my vehicle on the roads as my policy is expired on 10.08.2018. I have made so many complaints and many times i discussed with Customer cars but till date I have not received my policy renewal. My policy no. is 3001/[protected]/01/B00. I have to urgently to go far places by my vehicle but without insurance I cannot run my vehicle on the roads. If I go on hired vehicle it will be thousands of Rupees which I cannot afford. Requested to book a consumer complaint and resolve. also requested to to help me to get penalty for delay by ICICI Lambardo fro mental tension and inconvenience due to non availability of my vehicle.
