ICICI Lombard — Request for Full Claim Settlement Policy No. 3001/[protected]/01/000, Claim No. MOT17302860

I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding the rejection of part of my claim under my motor vehicle insurance policy 3001/[protected]/01/000 for my vehicle MH12TK4317.

On 14th February 2026, while traveling near Shindewadi, my car met with an accident. A two-wheeler overtook from the wrong side and impacted my vehicle. In an attempt to save the rider, I swerved, and my car collided with trees on the opposite side, resulting in damage to both the driver’s side and the other side of the vehicle.

During this incident, my family was with me, and due to the panic of the situation, I was unable to capture photographs of the vehicle at the accident spot. Subsequently, I submitted my car to the garage and raised a claim. However, the ICICI Lombard inspector refused to approve benefits for damages on both sides, despite the fact that the accident clearly caused damage to both.

I have been a loyal customer for the past four years, consistently renewing my policy with ICICI Lombard. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the reliability of continuing with your services. If genuine claims are denied in such circumstances, it becomes difficult to trust and recommend ICICI Lombard to others.

I request you to kindly review my case and ensure full claim settlement under Claim No. MOT17302860. I expect fair treatment and resolution in line with the coverage promised under my policy.
