[Resolved]  Icici Lombard — Travel insurance claims

Hello,
This is to kindly inform you that i had never been harassed like this before by anyone what icici lombard claims department did while handling claim reference number in[protected] & in[protected]. I wrote a detailed email about our problems faced during a flight from prague to warsaw as also attached. It was representative from icici lombard who asked us to put all the claims under trip cancellation knowing that the company shall indemnify the insured for the financial loss incurred by the insured arising out of cancellation of the trip (Whether wholly or in part) and solely attributable to and/ or arising out of:
I. Earthquake.
Ii. Storm, flood, inundation, cyclone, tempest.
Ii. Terrorism.
Icici claim department representatives like manish, badal, niraj and others were all the time adding in delays saying management is looking at it and they tried to fool my parents along with me who was calling them every 2nd day from international number. I also work in international company where customers are the most respected and here it seems icici lombard doesn’t care much about customers. I have personally gone through worst and will never ever recommend this travel insurance to anyone and write worst reviews i can. Every time icici replied to us asking for more information and not understanding plain english.

I don’t need any penny or compensation from you, (If icici would have been in europe, i would have personally sued them). They created delays for us, tried to fool us and worst part is customer handling. I just want to get this highlighted to senior management and i want a prompt response from them otherwise i also know how to handle this situation.

Please remember now i even don’t want to ask for any compensation! You have been already so kind by harassing us too much…. Thank you
