ICICI Prudential AMC — Have not received the redemption value of my investment | |||
Reg: Complaint No.6016026 I have invested Rs 30000/ in close ended scheme (code- P2296 ) Value Fund series - 3 years Dividend Plan on 20 March 2014 which was supposed to renew on March 21, 2017. It is surprising that I have still not got any revert from your side for redemption of said amount . Kindly let us know that why you have not redeemed so far. Now, it has been told to me that I have given my consent to renew or re-invest the funds in any other scheme. I strongly claim that I have not given any mandate to ICICI Prudential to automatically reinvest my fund value without getting any confirmation from my end. I have got many mails from your end including a letter from you that if I wish to reinvest than I have to inform you accordingly which I have not done so. I EVEN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY INVESTMENT AND WHY SAME HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED TO ME INSPITE OF VARIPOUS REMINDERS. I am loosing my patience that if i will not receive appropriate reply from you end than I will not have any other option except to complain before appropriate authority .
