ICICI Prudential — ICICI PRU Suraksha Policy matured, but not received amount

My ICICI PRU Suraksha Policy No. 18744302 has been matured on 15th July 2026, but I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AMOUNT OF MATURITY till now. When I enquired Mr. Vignesh Puranik (Phone: [protected]), Branch Executive in Kalaburagi Branch, he straghtly replied me to approach Consumer Court.

I need information that, when I get POLICY MATURITY AMOUNT.
