On dated 12/06/2017 there is unwanted deduction of rs 8, 625.00 from my icici bank account. And the reference in account statement stated as [protected]/0306/iprugrpterm/dc My icici bank account is[protected] & branch-anjar, gujarat I have never applied for any such kind of policy.
