Updated by Neelima Srivastav This policy was taken under mis guidance by ICICI staff as insurance & investment policy which later was found as ULIP. We have written and called the bank on same day of application - Aug 19 for cancellation and refund. No action has been taken and we are still kept in dark allowing 15 days wet period to go. Please assist, this is sheer online cheating done by ICICI prudential to consumers taking away their hard earned money.
